INTERIM CLINIC MANAGER FOR FAMILY CARERS IRELAND COUNSELLING SERVICE

The _INTERIM CLINIC MANAGER_ acts as the service manager for Family
Carers Ireland?s (FCI) National Counselling Service. This involves
coordinating the delivery of the service to a high standard, adhering
to all relevant policies and procedures, managing a team of staff and
volunteer counsellors, producing metrics and reports as required and
evaluating the quality and effectiveness of the service. This role
will report to the _ACTING HEAD OF CARER SUPPORTS_ for a period of six
(6) months.
ROLE CRITERIA: The successful candidate should possess the following
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist accredited with the Irish
Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and/or the Irish
Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).
* Masters qualification is desirable.
* Experience supervising or co-ordinating a counselling service is
desirable.
* Experience in programme development and project management.
* Experience managing the performance of teams remotely.
* Strong ICT, project management and people management skills.
* Experience in leading national projects.
* Past or current experience in a caring role would prove
beneficial.
* A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish
rapport with a diverse range of people.
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a
team.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal).
* Full drivers? licence, with access to car.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: PART-TIME ROLE (**Apply on the website**.5 hours
per week ? Monday to Friday) for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS. The
role will initially be based from home as per Covid-**Apply on the
website** guidelines. Once it is allowable, the successful candidate
may be based at one of Family Carers Ireland locations close to their
